Position Overview

Paylocity’s National Sales Support (NSS) representatives are an invaluable part of our company’s sales organization, making up 20% of the company’s sales revenue. In this position, our team shares a passion for technology, embraces healthy competition in a friendly environment, and is constantly on the lookout for exciting sales opportunities.

Our NSS representatives are motivated, engaging, and persuasive individuals whose primary responsibility is to uncover potential clients and secure appointments for Paylocity’s salesforce.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive two weeks of intensive training right out of the gate, as well as ongoing mentorship, to gain a complete understanding of Paylocity products and services
  • Target key decision-makers to collect company insights that will transform leads into appointments
  • Build rapport with potential clients to take their organizations to the next level
  • Use sales techniques to overcome objections and match an organization’s needs with what Paylocity can offer
  • Engage in team-building competitions to help reach goals
  • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) database
  • Other duties as assigned
